Scam Text Messages

E-ZPass Customer Service Centers do not use text messages to ask for any customer personal information. If you are an E-ZPass account holder and you receive a text message asking you to text back your personal account information in order to keep your account open, please do not respond to such messages. If you are in doubt, call the number on the back of your transponder or statement to verify any request that has to do with your account.
